Genuine pizza:
1 kg. of flour
1/2 litre of water approx
10 g of fresh yeast (or about 7/8 g of dried yeast)
20/25 g. of fine sea salt

The world's most famous dish appeared in the form we know today in the Eighteenth Century, while the first documented pizzeria was opened in Naples (Port'Alba) in 1830.
